Manage Your Profile
The Profile page lets you manage your account information, security settings, subscription status, and account deletion. Access it by navigating to /profile or clicking your avatar/name in the application header.
The page is divided into four sections.
Profile header
The top of the page shows your avatar (or colored initials if you have not uploaded an image), display name, email address, and status badges.
Status badges indicate your account state:
- active -- your account is in good standing.
- pending -- your account is awaiting approval; some features may be limited.
- beta / admin -- special access tiers.
If you are on a paid plan, a tier badge (e.g., Pro, Teams, Enterprise) also appears.
Edit display name
Your display name is shown below the avatar. Click the pencil icon next to it to activate an inline text field. Type a new name (up to 100 characters), then:
- Press Enter or click the check-mark button to save.
- Press Escape or click the X button to cancel without saving.
Your email address is displayed below the name field but cannot be changed from this page.
Security
Change password
If your account uses email/password authentication (not OAuth-only), this section shows a Change button. Click it to expand a form with three fields:
- Current password -- your existing password. An eye icon toggles visibility.
- New password -- must be at least 8 characters. An eye icon toggles visibility.
- Confirm new password -- must match the new password.
Click Update Password to save or Cancel to collapse the form. A success message appears for five seconds after a successful change.
If your account was created through Google sign-in (OAuth only), the password section is hidden since there is no password to change.
Connected accounts
Below the password section, a Connected Accounts area shows whether a Google account is linked. OAuth-only accounts show a "Connected" indicator; email/password accounts show "Not connected".
Subscription and usage
This section displays your current plan and solve usage:
- Current Plan -- shows your tier name (Free, Pro, Teams, or Enterprise) with an icon. A button links to the pricing page: Upgrade for free-tier users, Manage Plan for paid users.
- Solves This Month -- a progress bar showing how many solver runs you have used out of your monthly limit (e.g., "12 / 50"). Plans with unlimited solves show "Unlimited" instead of a bar.
Danger zone
A red-bordered section at the bottom of the page contains the Delete Account button.
Clicking it reveals a confirmation step:
- A text field asks you to type the word DELETE to confirm.
- The Confirm Delete button is disabled until you type the exact text.
- On confirmation, your account is deactivated, your personal information is removed, you are logged out, and redirected to the home page.
Account deletion cannot be reversed.
